Returns
You may return items withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving them if they don't meet your expectations.
To qualify for a return:

β’ You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase

β’ Select your preferred replacement item (size/color)
β’ A confirmation email will be sent to you
β’ Our shipping company will arrange pickup and deliver your new item
β’ We do not charge any return or exchange fees β you will only need to cover theΒ shipping costs, which vary by location.

Refunds
β’ Once we receive your item(s), you'll be notified via WhatsApp or phone
β’ After inspection, we will confirm the return status within 7 working days
β’Β Once approved, your refund will be sent to your account as soon as possible, with a maximum of 14 business days.
If your return is approved:
β’ Card payments (debit/credit) β Refund will be processed directly to your card
β’ Cash on Delivery β Refund will be issued to your online wallet or Instapay.
β’ Buy Now, Pay Later (ValU, etc.) β Refund will be processed to the same payment account used

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges (if applicable).
You must return faulty items within 14 days, in the same condition as received.
